What’s up YouTube, i been powerlifting for like 6 months now and just participated in my first meet which was such a cool experience ! I really just wanted to compete to get some numbers on paper, now I have some real goals to hit. my biggest issue during my prep was my diet!!! some days I really have a really hard time eating, I lost close to 8lbs during prep and struggled to put the weight back on, I even had to drop down a weight class. but either way NO EXCUSES !!!!

Moving forward im excited to train my ass off and create a strong base and foundation so next time I can come into the meet more confident than ever!
