Powerful Severe Thunderstorms Forecast Across Queensland and a Strong Cyclone Forecast for WA



Powerful severe storms are forecast to materialise once again this afternoon for Queenslands south east and far north, with torrential rainfall forecast for some of the cells forecast over the cassowary coast. Heavy rainfall is also likely over the NSW central coast and much later on in the week over the far northern reaches of Queensland. Heavy rainfall is also expected across parts of WA as a tropical cyclone begins development offshore this week.

  1. Mate please have a look at the risk for severe thunderstorms.. Townwville has Around 70 % hunidity with 30 degrees and pleny of convective energy starting to flow in… we are expecting Extremely severe storms on friday so it would be goodd to do ghe forecast for that

  2. We have had an incredible amount of cloud seeding in the Clarence and it is affecting our weather. Any storm that comes near this area completely dissipates or turns at a near right angle. Have never seen anything like it.

  3. Hi Josh, just chuckin another thick poo and I'm looking out me dunny window and it's a bit cloudy here in Nundah but not lookin like it's gonna rain much. It's a bit muggy but I'm gonna have a bong a chill while I wait for some rain buddy✅👍

  4. Hey mate, can you periodically include the d'aguilar mountain range just outside brisbane, lots of severe storms out here over the past few months and it would be awesome to include this mountain range if possible! Love what you do!
