POWER SCALING IS BULL SH*T

In this video we attempt to explore common misconceptions and errors in using classical equations to tackle relativistic feats of fictional characters.

I spent a while on this lmao. Goku Solos though

  1. I guess Whis traveling across an infinite universe in 20 minutes is bs then… my fault. Should have use physic in fictional story where there some buff alien dude that can transform

  2. if your gonna use real world physics you coulda just said that nothing can go faster than the speed of light and you can disprove it by saying that goku can see while hes moving really fast so

  3. So TL:DR
Real world physics apply to fiction because i decided so, there can't be any other fictional rule, it has to follow the real world just like super saiyan works in the real wor- wait… You can't turn super saiyan?! Its all fake?! They just go to their barber and get a new hair colour? No way!

  4. The reason this video doesn't work it's because science, real world science can only explain our universe by definition but if you were to scale other characters using science from their universe they can do whatever they want like I'm seeing a lot of comments that are saying fiction breaks the laws of physics but know the actual truth is fiction brakes ARE laws of physics.

  5. im kinda an idot so for me big number make brain happy as long as a story is well written character can be breaking all laws of physics I don't care fiction can do what ever as long as is entertaining and some one saying the are faster then light is cool

  6. Power scalers think in terms of linear progression of "the next big thing": If Character X is can blown a mountain then Character Y, who is stronger, clearly must be able to blow up a planet l, and Character Z must therefore blow up solar systems!

It's always a sharp linear progression with no concern for proportion or implications of what their claims would entail. They have no sense of scale or physics whatsoever, yet they treat these rambling fanboy squabbles like scientific fact.

  7. The ability is called "Instant transmission" which implies that regardless of the distance traveled he is getting there instantaneously. I don't think he is traveling faster than the speed of light, I think he is being instantaneously transported to his desired destination much like you would see with a wormhole or something of that sort perhaps by bending the fabric of spacetime (which I know also requires a lot of energy) but goku IS a pretty energetic guy ngl, so that may put your physics question to rest.
