I have this theory about this series and want to know your opinion:
OKAY but hear me out… Gregory is actually apart of the animatronics and he and the animatronics are some sort of family my opinion is that when all of the animatronics were nice they found him as an orphan and took him in. The problem was that he didn’t work as an animatronic and Freddy knew Gregory couldn’t stay with them much longer. So Freddy had everyone’s memories of Gregory erased leaving him the only one remembering, accept Vanessa knew about it all along. Vanessa knew about this and programmed the other animatronics to want to attack him. Freddy still cares for him and was looking out for him. When you’re playing the game you come across this big space that looked to be under unfinished construction which I believe could’ve been Gregory’s part like the rest of the animatronics have. That explains why Gregory didn’t have parents or any files it’s because he’s meant to be apart of their family. It’s a stretch but is possible
