All your extra concrete went down your big sonotubes, I'll bet!. How nice is it to have such a great family crew! What a big improvement this will be this winter! Everyone needs to sign it!
Sweet Jesus in the morning what a crew you have been blessed with ๐๐๐ I didnโt see any amateurs, just a group of loving hard workers! OMG I loved the hazing at your expense, sorry Marc ๐๐
Well, now that all the internet experts have chimed in, Iโll offer my professional insights. First, always add a pound of Jello for every other yard – unless the day of the pour ends with a โyโ.
Cement and concrete pouring is no joke!!! I worked with it over 35 years ago and it is not an easy task. Thanks Mark for explaining about the reason about rebar and no rebar. Keep it up!!!
Hey Mark, that was quite a bit of concrete. If I may reference you to a YouTube channel, โConcrete with the Hausesโ. I know that your crew are not professionals but his videos are great for an inexperienced crew to get some pointers from. He does some great work. You do great work too, I enjoy seeing you working on your homestead. Thanks much for sharing.
Good job! Your crew worked like a well oiled machine..LOL! Its always nice to get the full pour done when you do any concrete, especially flat work but its not as if the batch plant is next door!! Good job MMR!
Nice job! It looks amazing! It ties the whole shop up really well. Plus once you get your covers in place it will double your work space. Keep it up, we love watching your content
According to your previous video , you had about 1100 sf to pour . 1100รท80 = 13.75 yards , if you don't go deeper than 4 inches . It's really simple math , brother . Awesome team work !!
I just want set my chair up bear the side door and enjoy that view…nice hardworking crew Marc and I agree that everest caught on quickly what needed to be done and hustled for you…well done famz…๐ค
I've watched a ton of videos over these past months. And the only thing I can conclude is yall have to be using substandard mixtures. My Dad, my neighbor who worked as a Mason, and my brothers and me poured concrete driveways all while I was in Jr high up till my Dad passing while in college. I am few years shy of 60 now, and everyone of those driveways has no cracks whatsoever. Was never sealed, are brushes to death as you just did today's vlog. So you have to wonder. Are yall full of crap or is the concrete industry a bunch of liars by selling substandard concrete mixtures.
Love that teamwork but why did you not added armoring to the concrete, I have never seen a pad and foundation without armoring. Maybe different rules in our part of the world ๐. Keep up the fantastic work, I'm looking forward to see the next step.. Love from Sweden // Micke
lovely to see everyone helping great TEAMWORK.
You had a great crew.
Thanks for another great episode. Your videos make my day. Wish you made more videos each week. ๐๐๐
I guess thatโs the porch youโll be sitting on when you grow oldโฆ.canโt beat the view

Tall girl in blue hood is either lazy or injured
The concrete looked pretty wet when pouring out at the end of the garageโฆ. It is cool that all your family came to hang out and help!!
Looking good ๐
Especially since all of it will be working space.

You need to wrap the top of your shed that plywood won't last another winter.
Hi Mark. Iโm from Australia and was bemused as to why you didnโt need to put steel in your concrete slab?
Very very nice Mark!

Never thought I would love watching concrete work in the US . Love your family and the way you work together. I live in the north of Sweden.

Good job all๐๐ฎ๐ช
Did a slab 50 years ago, layed train rails 18 inches apart and poured till flush, still like new.
