Sorry, but Calloway, who looks “postal” in this video, appears to have initially instigated the confrontation. He could’ve just hand-delivered the package and moved on with his day. Instead, he chose violence and got away with it based upon a very loose interpretation of self-defense. Not to mention he used deadly force, with a deadly weapon, on an unarmed person.

After it was over, Calloway decided to turn this into a murder. The judge erred as this hearing was a detention hearing only, not a preliminary hearing on evidence.
This is why people need to calm down and learn how to respect thy neighbor, I feel like from what I've heard the younger guy was being aggressive and the older guy wasn't going to wait until it was to late. A sad set of circumstances all around.
both parties are in the wrong but one party had their last supper. a rare case where i can't side with anyone.

I've never met a mail worker who's deliberately an a__. I've met plenty of lawn workers or people who do construction who are something else, Some are great most are are just something else. I've had a few encounters to know. Construction workers will take everything out on you because they choose to work outside in this blistering ass heat. I've never met a postal worker like that and they work in that same heat. More than likely that lawn guy didn't like that someone told him he couldn't do something and didn't realize he was being filmed. If that postal worker didn't have a knife on him he would've more than likely been dead because of that young man's temper tantrum over being told hey you can't park here.
