  1. So, the police had given the director directions to clear the area and he refused. So, he should have been forced to comply. All this " I"m gonna do what I wanna do" is really unproductive and does not set a good example for students. 🤡

  2. I really like how the police incited violence on school grounds for a non violent noice infraction that in reality wouldve resulted in a simple ticket.. since when does a noice complaint result in getting tasered ??? He’s a drill conductor not an electrical conductor.. yall old folk weird as hell

  3. First of All Mims has no respect for his own people the officers were black. Second of all he's teaching his students to disrespect authority, The officers have every right to close and lock the stadium for the night. Another idiot Democrat doing what ever he feels like.

  4. His students would not be traumatized if he would have done as he was told. He doesn't realize that he is teaching these kids the wrong way to interact with police. This is all on the director, the police did nothing wrong.

  5. That cop couldn't wait one minute and twenty seconds, He didn't have to do that in front of the children, And where is the rest of the body cam footage, There was more than one cop, there is only one body cam, And tasing after the fact is retalatory. That sounds like a cover-up. I bet if that was a white band director, they would have waited. Where is their common sense. The police acted like poorly trained dogs. Someone says attack and they attack without using their own brains.

  6. The children must learn this important lesson. Become a cop, and you can do whatever you want. This was a beautiful demonstration of that lesson. Thank you Birmingham police, for teaching these children, how things are supposed work, in Alabama.

  7. I wasn't there so it's impossible for me to judge, but tasing the teacher seems a ridiculous overreaction. I know a taser is supposed to be non-lethal, but people have had heart attacks from them. If people's lives were in danger, by all means, a taser is justified, but a simple public disturbance should be out of bounds for that kind of response.

  8. Irrelevant all of it. If this man were Any Kind of Mentor he would have Quietly COMPLIED WITH POLICE. Not Made an (_ _ _ ) example out of himself He put these kids in a confused state of mind. He should Publicly apologize to the police and explain why

  9. When the police or person in charge says to stop, you stop. Clearly nobody leaves until the music stops. You are the stupid one and deserve what you got; and should be fired on top of it. You are supposed to be a role model. You didn’t listen, so what your students see you do, they think they can do as they become adults. That’s why teachers are quitting because of unruly students that learn this behavior. Criminal charges probably rightfully so. STOP means stop like No means NO. You are no role model. Hope you get what’s coming in the courts.

  10. omg it's the band -what crimes are they committing ? band kids are usually the best kids and have less problems with the law but this right here is going to give them a different perspective on law enforcement officers-not cool-not cool at all
