The police sergeant who left his patrol vehicle on railroad tracks last month with a handcuffed prisoner inside was hired by Platteville even though a commander at his previous department recommended he be demoted.

  1. Nothing like scapegoating to let other officers off the hook. Because taking accountability is only for citizens. Not that the system would adequately punish them since apparently officers are indeed immune to most forms of punishments

  2. I don't think he's incompetent. I think he's evil, because I believe it was deliberate. Seeing that video and all the opportunities to pull her out beforehand…and the way they carried on after as if nothing happened. They didn't care about her and the sickos wanted her to die
