  1. I don’t think either of the adults standing there are his parents. He at one point says he wants his mom and dad. I don’t know who they are in relation to this child… But I don’t think those are his parents.

  2. Just like when my son was younger, walking around the swimming pool with the dog and all of a sudden fell in I wasn’t gonna call 911 and wait for emergency services to get there. I jumped in clothes and all phone in pocket wallet, keys. You name it even the damn thing in my ear Jumped in save my son, and then eventually taught him how to swim. But why in the fuck would you stand there knowing your child is in danger and you not do anything about it why? Please explain this to me if that was my son in that pond man I’ve been all over that ice, and that’s a fact

  3. Thank you to the officer, who saw that the child was in distress and in danger, and took it upon himself, knowing that the parents weren’t gonna do anything that he had to go rescue this kids life

  5. I don't have kids, but I have four nephews and two godsons. I don't understand how the parents, as well as the other adults in this video, could just stand there watching this child cry in distress on a frozen pond. It could have broke at any moment and the little boy could have sank like a rock. At that child's age, it's a safe bet they probably didn't know how to swim. Absolutely appalling inaction.
