CCTV footage showed the murder of PC Jerome Bleasdel on the roadway outside a Chinese supermarket in San Juan on Saturday 12th October, 12th, 2024.
The incident happened around 10pm at the Eastern Main Road, in San Juan,
Jerome Bleasdell a Special Reserve Police officer who is on suspension, also work as a security at the Chinese Supermarket where the deadly ambush happened.
Felipe Cole, came to pick up Bleasdel from his workplace.
Bleasdel and & Felipe Cole; Both men from La Canoa Road Santa Cruz, was entering a Nissan B15, which parked on the roadway outside a Chinese supermarket, when they were confronted by gun men who openfire on them.
Video footage showed Bleasdell getting out of the car and running a short distance before collapsing on the road.
Both men suffered gunshot wounds and were rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex in Mt. Hope. Bleasdell died at the hospital around 11.12 pm.
Officers from the North Eastern Division CSI recovered several spent shells at the scene.
Police have no motive for the killing.
