My condolences but your husband was wrong he pulled weapon first meaning the scissors and if he is not a violent man he would have turned the music down and apologized
The mom is so traumatized I bet she wont play another song at any level. Sad for all the parties involved. Call the police do not start arguing with your neighbors. In thw end was it worth it? 4 lives lost for what when you can do better
this is a sad situation but lets be completely clear ,the city was notified of the noise issue and nothing was done and now three people are gone. who do you blame? i say the city because when a complaint is made concerning noise, garbage those bull$hit places people use to eat outside where most use for storage and are littered with rats and other vermin well lets be honest sometime someone shows up but most of the time nothing happens. i remember when there was a quality of life law that mayor Giuliani put into effect. that has gone by the way side and means nothing today. that noise complaint should have been looked into more closely to avoid escalation. i say this all those clowns that knew of the issue should be charged with negligence and accordingly and removed from whatever position they had before these men came to their end results.
This should have been handled by police or the rental agency assigned to the property.Don’t confront your neighbors or don’t even try to get into a fight with such neighbor who come to confront you, always respect the right of other neighbors.the same is true on road rage ,you don’t know their intentions and you don’t know what they’re carrying.
I can understand the annoyance of neighbor making noise. It’s beyond inconsiderate at times but to shoot two people over it.. but I didn’t know he was threatened with scissors… still all avoidable
