I can't wait for the new Legends game. Also please game freak, put one of the subway bosses in this game. I need to know how Emmet is doing or sust have Ingo have a new cameo in every legends game.
I bet they will launch thins along side the switch 2. Guessing the 2 years is backlash at palworld because they have little notes in it that fire shots at at them
Honestly i'm glad. We don't NEED a new pokémon game/expansion every year and 2022 proved that it was a huge mistake to release 2 major titles on the same year with how poor the performance was between them. If this year gap means we can see a significant boost in overall game quality then i'm all for it.
Gamefreak has earned no goodwill from me with the past two gens.
We didn't see gameplay and it's out in a year which is better than it coming out in 2024 but I am going to remain skeptical until it's out.
I just hope theres actual trainer battles in this new game, you could count in 2 hands the amount of trainer fights in the 1st legends game. Hopefully theres more to it than just catching pokemon.

I would love a legends z it feels like the successor to x and y because they didn't get a z like ruby and sapphire got emerald
I wish they would make a new mystery dungeon game, too. I love that series, and my favorite was explores of sky . The only reason super mystery dungeon isn't my favorite is because of the whole thing where you can't use any pokemon you have at any time like you could with the previous games. And I think they did hoopa a big dis service by making him a summonable ally instead of a regular partner. It's especially infuriates me when they added the line where he says he is connected but the gane never does so
Zelda game developers should start making the pokemon games instead.
I think a lot of people are getting too hyped already. A year break is substantial, so it could make a difference, but this trailer also doesn't really show much to indicate how long they've been working on it or how large the scope is. Plenty of room for messing up. I didn't buy Legends Arceus or Scarlet/Violet. Arceus looked like it was going in the right direction, but didn't offer enough to interest me. Scarlet/Violet was an unacceptable quality drop after a step in the right direction. I don't think Game Freak can be trusted to create a quality product, so I'll be waiting until it's out before making any buying decisions.
I also noticed that Nintendo has been pulling physical copies of certain games. I can't buy a physical copy of Legends Arceus here in the UK if I wanted to. Could just be nintendo preparing for "Nintendo Selects" versions again, but the opposite is potentially a shift to digital only, which I don't like for console games and even miss on PC. Another way for Nintendo to further control retain its high prices on games.
As someone who is only interested in the mainline, mystery dungeon and let's go games, I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't any new releases for any of them.

maybe but it could be a repeat of arcius that game was announced in 2021 and came out in 2022 early 2022 so the same may be for this game. it may be stated for 2025 but will most likely be early 2025 do NOT get your hopes up and think they are taking a break and this game having more time UNTILL we see gameplay and or full release.

I was really hoping for NSO gameboy pokemon games. It’s ridiculous that they won’t put the top selling gameboy titles on their app. At least I found this Channel along with nexomon so I have something similar to play on switch.

I suspect Legends Z-A will be a "Switch 2" launch title game, around March. Which then I worry Pokemon Company will do the same thing they did in 2022, releasing Legends Arceus early in the year followed by SV in November, and release "Gen 10 in late 2025. I hope they don't, and have that game wait until 2026.
I'm uneasy because a post from nintendo of America says "a new adventure set entirely within lumiose city"… I need more details or for nintendo to clarify… I don't know how a legends game will function the same way if you are only in the city.
i dont like past nor future theme. If that is the case again plus again no pvp, this game is for sure a skip. Pokemon games without PVP just feels wrong. I just want a new updated Pokemon Stadium…
I dont care if it takes long. they should take more time for their games so they can make them with more love and better Performance and Graphics
