this the first time I see anything from Dragon Quest Treasure and it looks good!
I'm waiting for a action rpg with plenty of good and expressive animations that isn't dark in tone and setting. Until that happens nothing really appeals to me.
Final Fantasy Maxima is pretty entertaining as well c:
My biggest issue with Monster Rancher is the monster designs… I just don't like them. Regardless, thanks for the vid! This is exactly what I was looking for. I think I'm going to pick up Coromon and Monster Crown this week, since they are both on sale.
Maybe a dumn question but can i play smt 5 without having played the others?
How many are physical?
can you make a top something best mon games that you've ever played? (not inclunding pokemon games)
I honestly feel it's less about time at this point and more lack of skills, yes more time would certainly help, but lets not forget this is their 3rd game made for the switch, they should know somewhat of what they're doing by now, even if they didn't they should be seeking help or tips from other devs on how to use the software to make the game look better. They also need to periodically stop and look at what they've made and have the heart to say to themselves, no, this needs more work and not be like this is good enough. SV looks like it's held together by Scotch tape with the pokemon being the only real part that shows any effort in game design. And if you don't care about graphics then all I have to say to that is you don't belong in the argument since you're basically saying you're neutral and could care less if the game looked like a cow pie or like Elden Ring. Graphics need to matter to a degree as it's usually what draws you into the game and immerses you to start with. Graphics include the pokemon themselves and their designs as you wouldn't care or love the games if you didn't grow attached to specific ones. There is absolutely 0 reason for the pokemon to look better than the environment.
I recommend Coromon also available on mobile
As a fan of all the series presented especially Digimon, all I can really say is that nobody has come even close to pokemon's formula except Coromon. Digimon has the chops to have a resurgence in the west since their TCG doing so well along with their anime. Really Bandai/Namco need to get their s**t together for once and capitalize on the long failure of Pokemon games as a product. They have everything there to make a compelling product. Their stories, concepts, and gameplay are what the people want, but they only will make games for those that are a fan of the tedious Tamagotchi games. If they split their development crews into 2 teams of Digimon world(Older fans that like traditional Japanese RPGs) and a broader younger audience(simplified and easy to pace through), then I have no doubt that The Pokemon Company would focus more recourses to actually create fully fledged good games again.
Don't overlook the monster rancher dx games. I got majorly addicted the last week or two…
I will definitely try out Dragon Quest Treasures since I have put some trophies into Dragon Quest XI S and after seeing Erik, I want to try this. I have gotten near the end of Pokemon Violet and while I do like it, I do know that it needs an update fast to fix some of the rendering issues.
Looking forward to getting Dragon Quest Treasures!!
Coromon, DQ Monster, Nexomon, DokeV and Palworld
Palworld and DQ Treasure are gonna get compared
Need a new mainline Monster Rancher so bad… also… I now use watching your videos as a cue to check for updates on Biomancer…
DQT is one of my most anticipated games of the year.
There is a cute game called Kaichu that monster dating sim. You go on dates and destroy monuments or large buildings. I find the dialogue funny too. I mean you play as a monster taming monster hearts….so it counts right? Lol.

Do you know how annoying it is to get Digimon Cyber Sleuth working properly on the SteamDeck?
Oh man. Ultra Kaiju and dragon quest treasures? Thanks, now my wishlist grows even larger. Let's hope I can find them though, not seeing them in my country ;-;
Siralim ultimate is coming to switch December 2
I'm gonna add this one, i played it one Vita but now it's out on pretty much anything, World of Final Fantasy (especially the maxima version) which was a great surprise, basically a monster taming games with final fantasy element, with a really strong turn by turn gameplay and diverse tema building, at first i was put off by the chibi graphics played 2 hours then stopped, then during summer break a continued my advantures and 200 hours in, it sure was a great surprise, basically the plot baits you with a cutsie premise then it hit you with the FF emotional moments and twists.
