:48 you say “game is 5-handed so it’s worth a raise” but you’re the button so it’s almost the same situation as if you were 9-handed and had 1 limper. You make it seem like the fact it’s 5-handed is why you raised but wouldn’t you be making the same play 9-handed with one limper? And shouldn’t you be more concerned in a 5-handed game because of card removal? I’m new to poker and could have no clue what I’m talking about but some insight would be helpful. Keep up the great work!
Nice comeback! Booking a win is a very good thing for the mental game. Regardless of how big or little the win is, momentum is a real thing. That being said, hope you run pure in your next session

One thing to consider: when an opponent doesn't want to show at showdown and you think you're good, just turn 'em up. I know you paid for the information, yada, but you got 90% of the info: they have nothing.
It's courteous, and keeps the game friendly and fun, rather than appearing predatory ("I'm putting your hand in my database").
It also allows the bluffer to save face and maybe bluff again later- the last thing you want is for your opponents to become more disciplined.
Finally, I know the vlogesphere wants to see the other person's cards. Meh, we know they had nothing, that's enough. IMO, the reasons for just turning your hand up trump our need to see the villain's exact cards.
Curious if you ever considered Turning your hand into a bluff with the A4 by raising river? Opponent maybe was a station? But seemed like weak blocker bet that wasn’t going to be a flush that often and obviously we have a very important nut blocker in the Ac
That A4 offsuit first hand is.. really loose.. you can fold with a limp in front of you. Flop bet is fine but you're not "betting to see where you're at", you bet because you can get value from 78, 6x, 5x, clubs, 88-99. You bet and got 2 calls, you could still be behind. It used to be you either bet for value or bet for bluff but i think Phil Galfond said, you can also bet for protection. Now here, you're not betting for protection and not betting as a bluff.. so you're betting for value. Is this a value spot? Yes. Easy especially if you're c-bet range on this flop texture is near 100% which it should be (IMO).
85hh hand is loose. Flop bet is loose but can be fine. I think i would barrel river to get SB to fold better pairs (66-TT), We can have all Qx in our range on the river.
the K8s hand. .. if he folded an overpair, that.. just seems bad. also a terrible sizing by him. you could have a 6 here (esp showing how loose you defend your straddle) but J3 on KJ3 is way different than 6x on 668r esp HU vs a pfr.
88 hand.. probably check river. check/raise flop is also a line to consider. yeah you have 55,88, and maybe some 5x suited hands here, but you could also check raise with some weaker hands like 66-77-99-44 to deny equity along with 76s to win the pot here.. so you put hands that 3bet preflop with overpairs here in tough spots.. not to mention you can straight mess with your opponent here with some T9s/JTs hands here with backdoor draws and 1-2 overcards to their pocket pair of 9s (or Tens).

Just fold your J3o straddle for "10 more". Trash hand is trash. You get one of the better flops and it's still not "fist pumpable" slam stacks in.
I'd size up the KK on flop to 65. 40 is.. yeah.
Calling flop. Also if people are c/r top pair hands here, I'd definitely 3-bet more flush draw hands here than just combo draws.
