The hemisphere tower is out dated and looks like a giant eye sore. Ugly concrete color during the day, I remember a concept of incircling it with a hotel almost to the top. Made up of glass like the frost bank tower. What happened to that? Oh and by the way this hotel now was lowered to 10 floors not like the concept shows on this video of 30 floors.
