A potential severe weather outbreak in the plains next week will have a heavy influence on our weather. Many uncertainties still remain about how it will influence us, but some models point to the potential for remnant severe weather to affect our region. Given a very favorable environment for severe conditions, this will need to be closely monitored as it approaches.
