Pipe Wrench to the RESCUE Building Dragonfly a 53' Flat Bottom Wooden Boat

I’m building a 53’ Flat Bottom Wooden River Boat, singlehanded. I maintain a 7 acre property with Millie, our rescue dog. We have kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, galahs, cockatoos and much more. Occasionally we even see a pair of stunning wedge tail eagles that have been long time residents of the area. I am also a musician and write and record all the music for each video.

  1. Great work! I wonder, you say it’s for inland rivers but what would happen if you took it offshore? That narrow, straight stem would cut the waves like an axe I guess and from my limited knowledge of hydrodynamics I guess that flat bottom would be very stable, a bit stompy maybe, but stable?
