Here are some tips If you don't kill N clones they will explode dealing 60 damage so I suggest to kill them after they spawn in When you hear N do this eeeeeee thingy sound then he is gonna unleash multi attack If you see N bad (backwards) he is gonna make a spear of light kinda thing attack and they are parryable I recommend using Bloxig No parrying N build
(Edit:he is an open wide boss meaning he can be hit like a thief
If you have mondo ring then put it on and go fight thief king, easiest way to grind gems and if you don't get blood just exchange 3 of the gems you get for it (I wouldn't say the gem drop from mondo thief king is extremely rare but it is still decently rare so you might have to kill him multiple times)

If u want to grind blood gems i would do mondo old fart. Because he has a 100% chance of dropping a gem when mondo and even if u dont get it 3 times u can exchange it at the observetory for a blood gem. So basiclly if u kill 3 mondo old fart you get 1 gem of any choice.
To get gems easily you have to find metor enemies and they are pretty rare but have a high chance to give a blood gem but you can get them from bosses but they are insanely rare
i got such a motivator boost when someone spawned mr normal and i beat it with some other people, i had 54 chaos essence after beating him and that also gave me a motivational boost. i beat the quest after that motivation boost
for some goofy reason i found my own way of cheesing N and thats by spamming M1 Q R and space bar at the same time while moving around this allowed me to kill N way faster for me for sone reason

Bro blood twin is a 50% drop chance but i had to kill N 3 times to finnaly get while empyrean maul i got first try maul is a 5% chance what is my luck
