I am new to the game, but recently found that ingredients (Zirconium from Zer/Lutrari) showed more in mine cart draws and rumored from Proteus 2 meteors, but your rng results may vary. Also glad your did the base storage repair you get some nice stuff: Glad you did those workbench and forge/furnace upgrades too! Now get that chem desk done ASAP! Good episode GE!
There's a green key in that second storage unit you repaired in case you don't have one yet.
I know others have mentioned this however, BUILD THE WRECKED CHEMISTRY STATION you'll find a nice surprise!

In my playthrough have run out of Magnesium and Chromium and can't find Nitrogen anywhere (have only built 2 parts of the space station after first repair).

The red T3 card is at the Alpha mine entrance A by the satellite dish you have to repair. Once you get the red T3 you get the Black T4 card in the repaired barracks There is a Machine rifle in the beta mine that when disassembled gives a diamond now that you have the High tech Recycle. Zirconium use to be meteor only but now there are nodes over by the Gamma mine entrance C by the blood leaf forest. Should be able to get the data disks for the Beacon and small solar panels in Gamma unless it changed. Although that is the largest Mine on proteus I believe, so might want to take supplies and empty the buggy storage if you are exploring it. Unless you want to triple your times with back tracking might explore portions and go to the other entrances.
Create a Conduit Bender for cutting down any mineral short of diamonds and azurnium with ease.
Make 2 of them and you'll be better off.
you can put the spiked walls on top of the stone walls, that helps with keeping critters out more than the stone walls alone

GE, scroll down in the power distribution menu to add the other solar panels, and base parts. At first glance it appears to allow only 4 solar panels, but all you have to do is scroll down to add more.

Hi . Upgrade the first large forge. Craft new tools: a skinning machete. Wire bending machines for blunt mining, defense. The most important thing is the hardness of the cutting ax – 10. Then you can collect all the raw materials, including: diamonds (I think they can be found in the alpha B mine). zirconium is quite easy to find on the palette. cubic zirconia repair chemicals table. E key to unequip the tools in your hand
You need to go to the mines, there are disks in boxes inside. First go to gamma mine B for red usb, and then go to beta mine for weapons and you will see a surprise at the end of the tunnel 👽👽👽👽👽
