Well, I've said it before and I will say it again. Regardless of what the talking heads say, the Phils' bullpen is weak. Kerkering loads the bases and gets lucky to get out of it. Hoffman gives up solid contact again and runs. The offense has been in neutral…and with this bullpen, the Phils need big leads to keep the bullpen from losing the game. And let's not forget, these weren't the Dodgers or Yankees. It was the hapless Nationals. Even they take advantage of our overrated bullpen. P.S. Thanks Bryce for striking out three times. The only time you got on base, what happened? You got doubled up on after a line drive. I'm a huge Phillies fan and even I thing Harper is overrated…

Was there for my final Nats game of the season and it felt so good to celebrate amongst a bunch of Phillies fans (including my friend who I was with). Nats are coming for 500 next year! 😂🎉😂🎉

I was at this game, and prior to the 8th inning, Joey Gallo had been the worst hitter on the field for the Nats. His batting average went down during this game. So he steps up to the plate with two on and two out, and I'm thinking "Well, that's the end of this inning." Then he makes contact with the ball. It's got altitude and velocity, it's going down the foul line, and I say out loud, "If that stays fair, it's a home run," and I'm rather nonchalant, because I'm fully expecting it to drift foul. I lost it when it went all the way.
