  1. Kids are magical at that age, when they still believe in Santa, everything is an adventure to them, before they grow up and become aware of reality. Treasure those years, they pass so quickly

  2. What a great Vid! Family walk with the dog, your son puts a smile on my face, cool kid a taping stick in one hand and 9 mm. In another hand, hahaha๐Ÿ˜‚. Beautiful back yard! Just watch for cobras. Having a good trustworthy wife is the key, there are wonderful women in the Philippines, they are loving and take care of you, I lucked out here in Mindanao as you also. Take care and good luck fishing!๐ŸŸ

  3. Even if you divorce, your son still gets to live in a nice house that you built. So its not a loss. And the boy seems to love you very much ..thats what is important. Wife is young, its okay for her to choose someone her age if thats her desire

  6. IMO itโ€™s better to buy a condo and put it in your name as well as the cars, motorcycles and so on. Then, in 20 years time your lawyer-drafted will will pass everything down legally to your wife and son.

  7. Its just like buying a car. You can get the fast sports car with great lines that loves the fast lane. YOU can get a used car with the odometer rolled backward with high mileage about to break down. But you also can buy a gently used practical car low miles, still nice body line's some paint issues and runs like a top. People will spend more time looking for a quality used car than a wife.

  8. Yeah, I donโ€™t wanna rent forever so Iโ€™m sure if I find the right piece of property at the right price I will build just so Iโ€™m not renting for 10 years but thatโ€™s for me. Thatโ€™s not for everyone.๐Ÿ˜Š

  9. Don't do it! Do not build a house in the PH as a foreigner, there is no path to citizenship, you have no civil rights as a foreigner, you can't own property as a foreigner. Rent is very inexpensive in the PH. instead of building a house , put the money into long term investments in another country that pay good dividends. Leave an inheritance to your PH children.
