Kids are magical at that age, when they still believe in Santa, everything is an adventure to them, before they grow up and become aware of reality. Treasure those years, they pass so quickly
What a great Vid! Family walk with the dog, your son puts a smile on my face, cool kid a taping stick in one hand and 9 mm. In another hand, hahaha๐. Beautiful back yard! Just watch for cobras. Having a good trustworthy wife is the key, there are wonderful women in the Philippines, they are loving and take care of you, I lucked out here in Mindanao as you also. Take care and good luck fishing!๐
Even if you divorce, your son still gets to live in a nice house that you built. So its not a loss. And the boy seems to love you very much ..thats what is important. Wife is young, its okay for her to choose someone her age if thats her desire
Hi Steve, got to love โค๏ธ little Daddy Daddyโs little man. You are lucky like I am very lucky with my wife I would be anything without my wife . Hope you and family are well mate. Take care. Excellent video as well
We Incorporated, That way they can try but nope nope nope, Everything I own here is owned by the corporation, and itโs growing all the time, God Bless
This is my 2nd video of yours popping up on my ๐บ and I heard you say you lost millions of pesos not pounds etc. ๐ค that's still 6 figure lost, dang! But you're still rolling around with a positive outlook so ๐คท๐
IMO itโs better to buy a condo and put it in your name as well as the cars, motorcycles and so on. Then, in 20 years time your lawyer-drafted will will pass everything down legally to your wife and son.
Its just like buying a car. You can get the fast sports car with great lines that loves the fast lane. YOU can get a used car with the odometer rolled backward with high mileage about to break down. But you also can buy a gently used practical car low miles, still nice body line's some paint issues and runs like a top. People will spend more time looking for a quality used car than a wife.
Yeah, I donโt wanna rent forever so Iโm sure if I find the right piece of property at the right price I will build just so Iโm not renting for 10 years but thatโs for me. Thatโs not for everyone.๐
Don't do it! Do not build a house in the PH as a foreigner, there is no path to citizenship, you have no civil rights as a foreigner, you can't own property as a foreigner. Rent is very inexpensive in the PH. instead of building a house , put the money into long term investments in another country that pay good dividends. Leave an inheritance to your PH children.
So, how much land (sqm) did you buy for the house?
thanks for another useful insights..wise words. ๐๐

I feel bad for Grumpy Brit in the Phillipines, mostly because he is going thru this at 76 years old.
The older you get, the less likely you can just start over again…. unless you are well financed

I wouldn't buy or build a house on the Phollipines. Too risky.
kids generally do not watch their steps while walking
I got halfway through the video and I didn't see anything about how assets were lost or what assets were lost
