I know movies like this have a reputation of being cheap low-budget affairs, but if you look at in the context of the times, they're perfectly serviceable 'B-movies', a good way to kill 80-90 minutes before the main feature.

Great movie! SCUBA was advanced tech in the 1950's Love the polka dotted swim trunks. Two more suggestions for movies: Tarantula 1955 – uncredited cameo by Clint Eastwood at the end; The Monster That Challenged The World 1957 – It should have been titled The Mollusk That Distracted Riverside County, California.
