Chin recounted the complex dynamics that unfolded after Nicky’s attempted murder of a gang member. Nicky’s decision to cooperate with law enforcement marked a pivotal moment for the Ghost Shadows, leading to his ousting. The gang then operated under a more democratic setup with five generals, including Peter, jointly making decisions. However, after other leaders were convicted on extortion charges, Chin was voted in as the sole leader at just 20 years old.

I like these old school gangster interviews. The stories they tell from the 70s, 80s and 90s makes you reminisce. The gambling houses..the pizza and wings shops with the arcade games, the formation of gangs and how they moved.
