I mean, good for him and all but..boy, that's why helmets exist, if he'd be wearing a helmet it would be less catastrophic (now, the drunk driver is something we can't avoid, but getting harmed in a crash is). Dress for the slide, not for the ride.
Here’s what I saw (coming from a person who’s almost died 3 times)
The first time: I wasn’t growing in my mother’s belly as she was pregnant. The doctors told her that if they didn’t get me out soon, I’d die, which causes her to die as well, the face I saw was possibly the doctors.
The second time I died:
I have asthma, so imagine when I run fast or when the air pressure is low. Once I had pneumonia, and it was probably one of the scariest things I’ve experienced. The things I saw was the hospital room with machines, doctors, and my weeping mother next to me. I also missed pajama day at school.
The third time I’ve almost died:
I went to Utah, and there was this rocky river where people were allowed to swim and play in it. At that time, I was wearing crocs, and it came off and was floating down the river. I followed it, but as I was trying to retrieve it, I was coming near a waterfall. I could’ve fallen down it, but thankfully a person retrieved my croc for me. What I saw was rocks, the river, my croc, and tape crossing the surrounding area of the waterfall, too high to cover somebody from falling.
Here’s my experience: I was a kid that was a few seconds away from death by drowning, I was near the bottom of the pool when my mom came out of the house and found me, she saved me. I owe my life to her .
on my 15th birthday i grabed a 6.8 thousand volt power line. everything went black then the thousands of tiny sparkeling dots appeared, next i got about 12 to 15 instant moment flash pictures of moments of my life one right after the other, I realized thanks to a few years earlier with electricity what was happening and I pulled away
My friends and familie , i almost drownd and saw them in the last bit of light fadding with it , i survived becuse my friend who i whas with pulled me out
I was also riding my motorcycle. Had a little rebel 250 at the time and I was on some little bit of back roads from my best friends band playing that night. About half way home I had looked up far enough to see something maybe 30ft from me reflect my headlight. I started slowing down before nearly smashing over a fender from a car, then I passed the car and it was slammed into the guard rail of a little bridge.
Three highschoolers in the car on their way home from some after school activity or hangout as they still had their varsity jackets on. No seatbelts, all three of them were deceased when i had gotten there. I had just graduated highschool a year an half earlier and to this day I still think if I didn't look up or was going any faster I could've been joining them that night. I still see the car when i pass the bridge to this day.
I was a passenger in a work cart going 12 mph and when the driver turned left I had turned tot he right to look behind us and I ended up being rolled out of the cart. As I fell out of the cart the pavement suddenly seemed to be slowly coming towards me as I thought about how bad the road rash will be because we were on pavement. I then thought about how parkour people roll to lessen the impact of ther landings and how because babies go limp when they fall they don't get as hurt as people who try to stop their fall. I figured if I tucked my head to my chest and went with the fall then my shoulders would hit the pavement first instead of my face/head. I then thought about letting the rest of myself just go limp and let my self roll. I closed my eyes, tucked my head in and let myself roll. I wish someone had been recording this because I ended up rolling about 20 feet and everyone around thought I was dead because of how I had rolled like a limp rag doll. I ended up face down. I didn't move at first as I was waiting for the pain to start as I thought I would have some type of injury, but there was no pain. I slowly gt up, grabbed my broken sunglasses, and walked back to the work cart where the other work cart that was behind us had stopped. My shoulder were a bit sore later on but some advil was all I needed. And the guy driving the work cart brought me some new sunglasses.
Another time I almost died I had pneumonia and my temp went up to 106.5 F, and I ended up passed out for 3 days. Other times I faced death: I was in a car accident, no injuries, and I had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder before it killed me.
I wonder how many times his wife pleaded with him to wear a helmet and he didn’t listen. I had an ex who would see me caring about his safety as me just nagging. I left him. I found out that he died in a car accident and he would’ve survived had he been wearing his seatbelt which I constantly tried to get him to do but to no avail. 🤦🏾♀️
Yeah I'm sorry to tell you if death wants you he's going to take you and there's nothing you can actually do about it you didn't save yourself neither your son Death just wasn't ready for you
Shit im sitting here after almost hitting a deer on my motorcycle, i went straight off the road because there were deer crossing about 30 ft in front of me as i was taking a turn at 70 miles an hour. Figured its better to slow down in the grass then have a head on and get myself killed. luckily all i have is a broken leg but i went right between a telephone pole and a tree that are about 10 ft apart, i should be dead rn and im only 15, but thank God im alive. Dont fly faster than your guardian angel can fly
