Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian claimed that there was a special arrangement between the Philippines and China which helped the recent resupply mission to Ayungin Shoal to be successful. This claim was slammed and rebuked by no less than our Philippine Coast Guard spokesperson Commodore Jay Tarriela. Evidence of this was the continued blocking of Chinese vessel against our own vessel caught on video during the resupply mission for BRP Sierra Madre.
Clearly Ambassador Huang Xilian lied! And his lying is an insult to the integrity of each and every Filipino. He must be admonished immediately and declared persona non grata not only in the Municipality of Kalayaan. He must not continue insulting us in our face while enjoying our hospitality in our country.
