Frank Reich is a legend in Buffalo and he will be just fine. Very faithful man who never gives up. He will be a great coach for a team that is dedicated to winning. Tough situation for him to win in Indianapolis with what he had. Best of luck to you Frank.

As a Texans fan I've got a ton of respect for Saturday. Don't know if he's got the chops to HC in the NFL, but he's sure as hell going to put in an effort. One thing for sure, if nothing else that O-line is going to improve.
I’ve wanted Ballard gone since I’ve notice him passing on AJ Brown, DK, McLauren & DeBo knowing we needed a WR along side Pittman. Then he would draft pass rushers that sucked like Turay, Bango, Speed, Lewis (who’s always hurt)& Muhammad. Not to mention DBs Rock, Quincy, Khari and Marvel Tell are gone. And Hooker who we drafted at 15 is now with Dallas. Then he let Autry go who was pretty decent for us. Then we sign Matt Ryan and the LT for the Saints is a free agent and Ballard didn’t budge. Now the guy is protecting Tua in Miami. Not to mention he didn’t try to sign a Wr that can get separation for Our 37yr old QB.

was shocked to hear that when Ian reported this, he couldn't be happy for Jeff Saturday, and his first comments were there are plenty of minority assistant coaches out there, why didn't they pursue that? WOW!!! how about saying any qualified coach PERIOD.
At this point I think the colts need someone to stop the bleeding and get the team motivated. It may not lead to another win this season but if they are in contention to win games then that will be an improvement.
