  1. A lot of people think it's safe to start driving or start walking over railroad tracks after the gate goes up. That is incorrect. You have to wait until after the gate goes up and also after the flashing lights have stopped flashing and if another train is coming and the lights are still flashing and the gates go back down you got to wait for that next train. That is the law people honk at me all the time. They can go around me and not follow the law if they choose

  3. Let me see, the train steered towards the car that was on the tracks? Ya, sure! People amaze me! Blame the train…how about the driver that ignored crossing gates. The media is a joke on how they always blame the train!

  4. This was not a suicide – just an accident. I know the lady that was killed and she was on her way to her friends house. She was beloved by many people. She spent her whole life taking care of sick people and a lot of us are devastated. That stop in particular has had a lot of issues – I know a few folks who have had near misses with the train. Please stay safe.
