I'd watch a reality show where people are taken to a beautiful pastoral setting and everything is serene and peaceful and then BOOM, you're actually a guest on a Behind the Bastards episode

Listening to the unknown medicine treatments is horrifying to me as someone who is disabled and chronically ill on so many levels. Let's start with the fact that treatment without someone's knowledge or consent is basically medical assault; drugging people without their consent can lead down a serious slippery slope; and then I wonder how many medical professionals they had there to deal with potential overdoses or allergic reactions! The medical ethics in this is unbelievably horrifyingly shattered.
I grew up in lagos at the time, and I think I remember this specific incident, but all I remember is that the building was made badly.
