a 3rd base gets underway with huge capacity for Tourists, then we find that now there are only 10 tourists applying to come! The 3rd base expands way beyond initial planning, to include a VR studio, small machine parts factory and a further electronics factory. Plans for a new lake get underway and the Terraforming is looking very positive, with missions to pepper the planet surface with seeds, grab Ice Asteroids and assemble a gigantic mirror in orbit.
