I find it interesting that the question had to be brought up whether it was race-related or not. It was another black family that was filming and harassing her. Just because a video has a black person in it doesn't mean its a racial situation. The media always has to throw gasoline on a fire claiming racial comments were made. Clearly this was not the issue, the black family that was filming and harassing should have been the ones escorted from the park and handed one of those famous Disney "life long banned" letters so their kids can remember for the rest of their life why they're not allowed to go to a Disney park because of their rude parents.

Where is Disney security at? Did they get banned? If anything, people on tiktok / the internet should blast Disney's media accounts and ask what they're gonna do about this
WHY THE HELL DID SHE GET FIRED? 20 years ago Disney had the sense to take the side of their employee when the guests were terrible. When i was a CP my one of us punched someone on the face that was disrespecting them. Did not get fired, just reprimanded

Alot of Disney guests walk around like they own the place bc they are dumb enough to buy an annual pass or DVC. Im glad this young who is in college will go on to do great things much more than the POS bully.
Sorry the instigator should be banned from the parks. I don’t think what they call the customer is always right is plain wrong, and she has the right to fight back.
Sad that people are so mean and disrespectful to cast members. I also think on some level she was responsible for the items on her cart so she was trying to protect the mdse
Ban the instigator permanently. Then, reinstate Korinn! That's not rocket science, but clearly shows Disney does not want to protect employees or other guests from nasty people like this person – and the party around them that did not intervene. This employee has my fullest solidarity.
I think she should have been fired. I also think the family should have been kicked out. Could the workers have some type of a panic button when they are being treated like this? Guests are out of control!
Disney firing her has lasting consequences for her ever working from a Disney owned company. It also meant she had to quickly get out of college program housing. These students do not make a lot money and what they do make goes towards their rent and food. I’ve been at Disney and watched how guests treat them… like you’re not talking to me. I’m going to do what I want when I want and how I want. They shove past them, they yell at them cause they moved a stroller or the ride broke down or they aren’t being served fast enough. Disney you got part of the video. Imagine the parts you didn’t get that led up to this moment. Surely you have cameras all over. Please give this young student her experience back and take her off your fired list.

These employees ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE if something is broken or stolen. So yah. She’s keeping it tight. Ignorant guests. Lots of ignorant guests.
This is why I dislike the idea of working in retail. Guests can be jerks to you, but you can't respond to such behavior. If I were that employee, I would have sued Disney over being fired.
I side with the cast member they deserve respect
As a former cast member, talking back to a guest is a " no- no" .
I did college program also, and yes college program interns get fired for doing stupid stuff like this, giving attitudes to guests on video.
She is lucky, she didn't get banned from the park as well!
This kind of guest tantrums experience is normal for 20+ years at Disney World.

Why do guests feel they can do anything they want to employees? Those antagonists should have been kicked out of the park.
Disney should have stood shoulder to shoulder with her and banned the rabble who were verbally abusing her. They're cast members, not punch bags. Disney have gone down in my estimation over this.
I was a manager at the same restaurant for 22 years. ….The general public are rude, obnoxious, ungrateful, ENTITLED, and completely disrespectful. Very HAPPY to be retired now.
Considering Disney is allowing this type of behaviour from guests i do not want any part in this culture…used to be a nice environment but the behaviour of guests are getting worse and worse as prices skyrocket. Its not the upper class utopia that you expected it to be now is it Disney.

I went to Epcot and there were no trams taking people from the parking lot to the park. Was I pissed.
The walk was about 1,000 feet, and it's almost 100 degrees outside, and 89% humidity.
