  27. Man this hit pretty hard…… sad I recognized a lot of the tones in the words in this vid….
    Lately I’ve been working for someone who has a tendency to get riled up pretty easily, but it’s been tough for me to take a deep breath and try not to feel impacted by it because of my past. I recognize the tones, the frustration, the anger, whether deserved or not.
    It’s just…… rough. Especially because the people who were like that from my past aren’t like that as much anymore. They’ve sorta moved on… but I can’t ever look at them the same and I hear their voice haunting me in others occasionally.

    I hope the cycle doesn’t continue through me. I’ve caught myself once and I was mortified (still scares me looking back). And these things aren’t easy to talk about, even to the people who went through the experience with me……

    To anyone who’s feeling me tonight, I wish you the best. I see you; I know your struggles; I feel your flinching and anger and sadness at why things couldn’t have been different…. I’m sorry you had to go through that, man
