Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, I was peacefully exercising my constitutional rights at the Motor Vehicle in Elkton Maryland when I was confronted by Public Servants who didn’t understand the law or our rights! Law Enforcement tries to enforce Policy & MVA patrons become triggered over a camera.…Let me know your thoughts in the comments! I came thru customs at Miami airport hours ago and did not like the idea that on marquee was no filming or audio but my picture was taken in line and was warned but could have stopped it according to the sign. But basically you picture was taken before I could stop it.!? So many people!. Not a big deal but was taken again at customs passage. No big deal but felt my rights violated because there was no transparency if I wanted to film. Check it out Sean!

I'll tell u this u can keep ur cool… it's funny that little bytch boys get so tough when cops r around but as soon as they leave they r quite as a mouse… if he would have gotten up to try to smack my camera out of my house he would have been put down with the quickness… I would have had to ask the DMV for a pillow and blanket while he took his nap….

For me, after you told them you were a youtuber they went outside and did their research immediately… you gave him the information he was seeking from the beginning… i think both cops did well, the first trooper tried to get information as i think he should at-least try, but he didn’t force the issue… i think both troopers did a good job on this one! Yes the first trooper tried to use certain tactics that were not lawfully legal, but he did NOT escalate or get hostile like we see from other police officers! My opinion, I dont think he was ignorant to the 4th amendment right… but besides that all and all this was a good audit!

  31. Imagine being on a sidewalk and seeing a car travelling at high speed down the road and deliberately stepping off the sidewalk, onto the roadway and directly into its path and walking towards the speeding car because you want to tell the driver you don't want to get run over….

  38. I'm supportive of audits but one thing bothers me on all of them audits first ammendment or whatever when you guys say they always recording us right? There recordings won't end up on YouTube and other channels. Thats the differences ok? If ur mom goes to dmv i won't be seeing her on YouTube or anywhere else from there cameras! Please stop saying that anymore it's not the same..and stop arguing with the public leave them alone even if they say some as you always say deascalate?!!
