  1. Great vid showing how versatile the kits are! One question, why did you leave the backpacks on all of them? They take away from some of the "cleaner" looking regiments I feel

  2. I got a Leman Russ as my first tallarn unit.. sculpted the headscarf with greenstuff and was proud of it.. but for all the infantry I was considering 3rd party heads.. and now I see this video with MASKING TAPE? Are you kidding me? You madlad 😀

  3. For the bearskin heads you could try Wargames Atlantic Grognards, they've a lot of them, plus to spare time(and surely some fingers!) there are some skull-face helmets on the market, sadly don't remember if they are from Pig Iron or Anvil Industry.

  4. Gotta say man. I was a little skeptical looking at that tape cloak hanging on that figure. Until you painted it, then wow.. Brilliant!! Looks pretty damn good painted up!!

I'm going to advance my plans for kitbashing those Guardians of the Covenant I've always wanted after learning that trick! Good one!!

  5. I've loved all ten of these options, especially the Tallarn raider. Wonder if you could steal a few bits and bobs from the Ash Waste Nomads kits to spice them up. Also, I'd love to see you take a wack at an airborne regiment like the Elysians or Harakoni Warhawks. Maybe using Kasrkin when the separate kit releases?

  6. I liked these two videos a lot. The use of the masking tape was very inventive, I don't think I've seen such a technique before. I think that the Praetorian guard and Vostroyans would have looked even better if the kneepads and maybe trouser pockets had been shaved off however.

  7. Can you please please please please please please please please please please do this with some of the camo schemes from the old Rogue Trader day? White dwarf 98 and 100 ( I think, it's been years) had a full page of images ofbthe old rhino and land raider in some fabulous colour schemes. These are much better then modern sci fi schemes as they came from salt worlds, chem planets etc and had other striking colours. The white, blue, and sand colour scheme was superb and I've never managed to get it to look right
