  1. Great video, I am very happy that you are doing these teaching videos. I would make one comment, when you do the three Japanese air strikes prior to the Battle Cycle are complete air missions, so the Marines get to try to detect and use CAP for each of the air missions. Likely they will fail once and then be eliminated by a strike on the base OR they will shoot down the Japanese bombers, I have seen it both ways. Also, the two Search charts are different and from memory if the detection roll was 5 or less, I think you were using the Japanese, not the American chart. But its not in front of me, so I could be mistaken. Again, great stuff…

  2. Thanks for the videos as I'm just trying to learn the game. I've watched you roll for the bomber twice on the 2 column, but the bomber has a 4 counter on it so shouldn't it be rolling on the 0 then 4 column (meaning they have to roll a zero, then roll a 0-4 to hit) when attacking the marines or the Wake fortification (2 power against ground -4 for the damage counter)? If not, then what am I missing? Thanks in advance.
