Camshafts have been one of the biggest drawbacks on the J series up to this point in time. This is the BC regrind camshaft that we currently offer on our website. Here, you can clearly see there isn’t much room for more camshaft lift through traditional methods.
However, don’t let this discourage you as we have some exciting advancements coming in January, which will truly allow us to properly achieve the amount of camshaft lift and duration to make the J series a big player in the power game.
We will have a range of billet camshafts that will start from a true Stage 1 drop in camshaft that will work with stock valvetrain, to a Stage 2 that will require valvetrain and come with all the necessary shims, and everything needed to achieve greater lift. And all the way to our Stage 3 race camshaft that will utilize a set of our cnc heads that will come machined and ready to support the biggest camshaft!
