Widow Mine, Dynamite, Ana's Primary Fire and Torb's Lava are the only DoT ones as far as I know. The use of poison, burn and bleed effects has been very limited. (Then again, we also don't have any proper fire or poison heroes so that's hardly surprising.)

i don't think the dual wielding shotgun/throwing knife is that different from roadhog, because the knife will likely have a fairly long cooldown. also, this info could be months or even years old, so the current game might be very different
and what the Freak is with dynamite? dmg over time and the strongest in game
If she is added her bleed should only be on health not armor and maybe not shields
It could be an alternate weapon like Mercy or torbjorn has
It isn't too many abilities if primary fire was the Scattergun, the standard melee was replaced with the machete melee attack, alternate fire is the boomerang attack, E is the "carnage," ability, and shift is the team buff ability.
Personally, I'd love to see this hero or a similar one added to the game. The team buff ability might need some tuning, though, it sounds kind of broken.

I think people are forgetting that we've had access to this UI since September last year with the OWL exhibition match. Everyone is saying "oh, how could people know what the interface looks like weeks before the beta?" When we've known what the interface will look like for over 7 months now. There's been plenty of time for someone to draw some icons and write some words lol. The credibility of the old leak is incredibly low. But we'll see where it goes.
