Yall just ungrateful….yall begging for the game so they stop releasing alot of content for overwatch 1 then call overwatch 1 dead when they try to make overwatch 2 great….also begging for a beta so they gave you one they yall calling it bad as if it's the final game and as if the beta isnt for fixing the game

  2. Putting the number "2" in the title creates a lot of expectations for the game especially for casuals. This is more like a 2.0 update for Overwatch which makes more sense but the number "2" screams marketing which Blizzard wants. And from I heard from PvE, apparently it's in development hell and has yet to have an end goal for launch which is concerning. But given how messed up Bobby, the higher ups, and Blizzard internally I'm not surprised.

    Aside from that, I'm really optimistic about 5v5 along with its changes. It feels like 2016 – 2017 Overwatch which I say it's the golden age of Overwatch. Less cc's and less shields makes the game more fast pace and you have more opportunities to make plays. Even as supports. But me and others are only in that Winston bubble, everyone else don't see it which is understandable. And I'm hoping PvE will have an end of sight and be amazing.

  3. Just started playing OW about 2 weeks ago and I've been having a ton of fun. Kind of sucks because I feel like this game has/had the potential to be a huge esport like CS

  4. The 1.4mil viewers was because of Twitch drops giving beta codes, it's not a fair comparison. Not saying that the game is doing as well as we would have hoped, it clearly isn't what most of us were hoping for. But people using the 1.4mil viewer number as a baseline for the 'first day viewership' is misleading.

  8. This is an example of how over-marketing can hurt your product… If they advertised it as OW1 huge update ehanced for esports and better playability instead of 'OW2 THE NEXT GEN OW' people wouldn't be so disppointed with the result and would hang around more

  9. People are honestly overreacting to this, the beta IS A BETA… people seem to think that this is defining the state of the game, its really not.
    They have said many times that they are still making changes, by the time it releases it could be much better than the current beta.

  16. ow2 will definitely succeed even with its current state, not many people play betas. And the entire beta thing was in twitter. A social media that goes under the radar from a lot of people.

    The "release" of ow2 has more hype value than the "beta" of ow2. It'll be fine at the end nothing to make crazy claims about.
