“Psyker” is NOT a generic term for psychics; Psykers is a VERY SPECIFIC name for Very Powerful Psychic Beings (on every side) in the WH40K universe. They are Particularly Scary Because no matter how holy they might try to be, they ride the wave of Chaos and can easily fall.

I think part of it comes from it being a studio and team that had not previously worked with the janky engine FO4 uses and then trying to shoehorn in MMO support resulting in the extremely buggy mess 76 was for, like what, the first couple years?
Over 200 endings in FO3 might be possible if you count every permutation of end cut scene as different endings. At the time, that sort of thing where player actions in random side quest affecting the end cut scene/epilogue wasn't common.

55:15 The way I've heard it was that Joshua in Van Buren basically just would have set your reputation into negative one with literally every faction, and count as a shitload of negative Karma… So nobody would want to co-operate with you, and every town would just hate you… They wouldn't attack you on sight, but you'd be locked out of most side content as questgivers probably dont want to talk to you…

Fallout 4 takes place in a Memory Den. I didn't get to the end of the video due to time, but I wanted to comment on this before I forget. I apologize if this is said in the video. One of the title screen starts with the same animation as loading up the memory den.

I never even stopped to consider how odd it is we never see horses in the Mojave. It would make perfect sense to ride across the desert instead of walking when given the choice, plus the obvious themes of the wild west and cowboys speaks for itself.
I know they could never have incorporated horses into gameplay realistically, but I wish we could've gotten a cooler reason for their absence than just "idk they all dead 🤷♂️".

I've put in close to a thousand hours in different playthroughs over the years, and I never ever thought of gold in Elijah's head.
Is "psykers" not exclusively a warhammer 40k reference. It's the only media that refers to "mind magicians" as psykers so it's oddly specific for a simple psychic reference. So the children of atom are WARHAMER psykers? Still doesn't line up, just odd choice of terminology by the iceberg maker.
When I first played Fallout 4 and Kelloge spoke through Nick I thought that there would be more of that and if I later chose to side with the Institute I'd have to override Nick's personality with Kelloges.

"Fallout 4 wasnt going to have a female protagonist" might not be true but it makes sense why ppl might think that: u can play as a man with experience in the military, who narrates the intro to the game and the pre war scene is about his veteran speech (the location of which u can visit in the actual game, and i think theres a terminal with his script)
