Evs are an environmental disaster our politicians are pushing electric cars without any studies about contamination from used batteries. The small savings in oil consumption is completely outweighed by contamination of the environment, also there destroying land masses mining the minerals for batteries. Thousands of tons of earth have to be mined for just a couple of car batteries also slave and child labor is used.

There were at least 500 electric cars in the ship. Batteries of electric cars are unstable, they may explode at any time. Moreover, if an electric car battery explodes, it is impossible to extinguish the fire. Because, the chemical reactions in a burning battery produces a lot of OXYGEN (O2).

The bigger question that is not covered in the video, is how can we prevent the ship wreck in the first place?
The video mentioned the presence of PCB, lead paint and asbestos. The dangerous substances have been banned for over 20 years.
The presence of these dangerous substances implies that the ship was built 30 years+ ago.
Why a ship containing these dangerous substances i8s still allowed to come to the United States ?
