Mark King is a heavy haulage specialist that has to haul a monster rig to a coal mine 700 kilometres away, it’s too big for the road and there’s a mountain range to cross.

Dougal Brett is one unusual truckie, he flies his own helicopter, owns a cattle station the size of a small country and a fleet of livestock trucks. His road-trains have to haul 1500 cattle to a market nearly 3000 kilometres away. He’s depending on the sale of his cattle to pay bills that have been piling up since the previous season when a live export ban crippled the market. But the dirt tracks off his remote station are wet and getting wetter.

In far North Queensland, tanker driver Steve Hughes is loading up for a supply run to remote clients who need fuel before the wet season cuts them off.
At a Perth freight depot tempers are fraying. Husband and wife team, Gordo and Shui, have just finished a two-day non-stop drive but bad weather has caused them delays. Instead of resting at home, the boss has told them to turn around and do it all again.

I felt so bad for mr. Steve Graham. How many times did he get stuck after they said he was within walking distance. I don't think that model and her man should have been in the same show with this man.
That’s the worst road trip I have ever seen. Steve Grahame should get paid 3 times what he does to deal with this 💩.

I like Steve Grahame very much for his resilience but I'm sorry to say his "greed" cost him by biting more than he could chew. Know your limits and adjust accordingly. I have watched the entire season on Netflix and it's a fabulous show and I don't mind watching it again. I wish we can have more like this.

with these outback truckers the phrase (You Got It A Trucker Brought It) isn't just a phrase its a way of life in those villages in the outback. they need those trucks to make their deliveries to them.
I don't understand how people keep staying in places that are this hard to get to. They are putting themselves and others at risk.
Why didn't they put boards or leaves fallen tree branches something anything to gain traction.

Really liking the content, but I have to say the whole "Discovery Channel"-like editing style reeeally rubs me the wrong way…
Wish they had stuck with a truly authentic editing style without any of the ridiculous sound effects and overly dramatic music and such.
Honesty and authenticity in media might not be the norm, but it is definitely the way to go and it is most definitely possible.
I just had a vision,
I just saw that if these poor truckers can not get fuel then maybe their trucks need to stop right where they are on the road , changing lanes and out of Diesel can't move anywhere . poor guys stuck on road changing lanes and blocking traffic , which they couldnt help doing as the truck ran out of fuel. I wonder if this happened across the country , will Deisel miraculously find it's way to the stations and even directly to truckers stuck on roads blocking traffic thru no fault of their own. these hard working people may find that in a condition like this that Deisel fuel will be found in abundance to assist them .and help these truckers out !. cc all

The best part about watching prerecorded shows on YouTube is that you can fast forward through the parts where they are trying to sensationalize something that's usually nothing.
Man talk about against the odds bruh!!! Steve. Poor Steve. 60 years old and he's a friggin beast!!! What a nightmare of a haul!! Everything that could have gone wrong and stopped him in his tracks pretty much happened. The camera crew must of had to cut out a few parts where Steve was extremely frustrated, because I know I would of had a moment or two. Great perseverance Steve!!!
