  1. I’m not only have something negative to think about myself, including fearful thoughts or lack I’d certainly, but I speak out loud the same type of comments, like I never learn, I try to change but I can’t , I’ve tried everything.
    I hope this symptom is nothing or I hope that test comes back normal.
    I really want to catch myself before the thoughts take over my mindset.

  2. I have had jobs with coworkers who were able to work in silence. I am an introvert, but, also, pretty bubbly and a joker on the job. Some of these teams of introverts doing their thing, say, in a kitchen or garage or any physical work, who are able to remain in serious silence and totally hands on are next level. When a goofball introvert, like me, joins forces of professional introverts like these, it's inspiring! I can hear a pin drop, yet inside I am awed. After many chaotic type jobs, getting in with a hands on team that is generally silent is a rare breath of peace, and, when you're not used to it, peace is uncomfortable 😂
