Boost reference is in the wrong spot, looks like… move it from the compressor housing to the manifold itself, should clear up that spike.

I would bet the boost spike is the boost leash solenoid. This just happened with my twin turbo S550. I fixed it by cleaning the vent port on the solenoid with a q-tip and wd-40.

You boost could be dropping because of the twin wastegate, I know that on a few cars I’ve done if I go too big of a wastegate the boost drops dramatically due to loss of exhaust pressure
