are you planning going on road trips next fall?
I know it is hard and you find you have to compromise at times with house hunting. The walk I can see being a priority and not having to drive all the time would seem important. I hope the right place comes up soon. Good luck 🤞🏼

Can you find a house through word of mouth? Go to an area you like, introduce yourself to vets, shops, churches? Maybe hear about something before anyone else?

Hi Jamie, I just love your videos. Sherpa is one gorgeous dog. I have my 15 years old dog on Seraquin (recommended to me) and she still still jumps up on to the sofa or on to our bed vertically like a Harrier Jump Jet. It seems to have given her legs a real boost and we have never looked back. Lots of cuddles to Sherpa and good luck with your house hunting. P.S. Hope Nook feels better soon. Hug for him too. X

When you find the right house, you will just know it. Don't stress. A second look will confirm it. The first time I took my Buddy (doxie), he just knew. The 3rd time I went by, I took my dog. He immediately took off on his own and checked out each room. Then he came back to me very excited. He knew he was home 🏡.
