  1. F1 should never clash with both the indy 500 and Le Mans, That period should be the summer break. I know indy 500 and Monaco are both Traditional weekends but for the betterment of motorsport in general it would be better for there to be no clash

  2. Saudi Arabia and China get races so why doesn't North Korea?? Why not Afghanistan? Why not in the middle of a genocide ridden central Africa ? Come on now. These animals running F1 are talking about environmental conservation (an utter joke) yet they'll take money from absolutely anybody. I wonder how many Uyghurs will be at the china GP or how many women could free drive to the race in Saudi Arabia? What social credit score will be required?

  3. Not a fan of the street circuits.

Need to bring back some proper circuits:
    – Sepang
    – Magny Cours
    – Nurburgring GP
    – Hockenheim

I like the idea of rotational circuits, having a fixed group and some that rotate.

Vegas and Miami alternating, Nurburgring and Hockenheim, Bahrain and Bahrain Outer.

  4. Saudi Arabia will be building a new purpose built track in Qiddyah. But for now we will race at Jeddah until this one finishes. It will be also at the capital Riyadh.

  5. Regarding number of engines… I think an allocation of 3 per season as standard with the possibility of 2 extra resulting in grid penalties. Any more than that those 5 require either a significant financial penalty (which is incorporated into their cost cap) or they miss the race out.
Although missing a race may sound extreme, I can guarantee teams would work around this! Let's not forget when the fuel limit was introduced and there was fears the cars wouldn't make a race distance.. and that never came to fruition!!

  6. The cat is out of the bag now, it's too late to reverse to a 16 races calendar, 9-6-4-3-2-1 point system, no halo and around 30 cars at the start of the Grand Prix weekend.

So, push the limits, drive on the absolute edge, 24 races and 24 pilots at the start.
    See how it goes.

F1 fans will definitely enjoy more races in one year.

P.S.: Yes, 24 races, but ffs do rotate the tracks.
    Bring the beat back!
(Meaning, for Heaven's sake bring back Hockenheim, Nürburgring, Magny-Cours, Mugello, Portimao, Kyalami, Istanbul Park, Hanoi Circuit etc. etc., we want 'em all)

  7. As a massive f1 fan i think we have hit a limit, i know there are so many fans throughout Europe etc but being selfish I dont want to get up at 1am 3 Monday mornings in a row month after month mostly through our winters. Race 9 months a year and keep it to about 22, maybe 23 if you want an odd number.

  8. I don't think the 16 to about 18 is enough, look at 2020 when we only had 17 and it was really not enough given the gaps we had at the start, something like 6 months without F1. I think the perfect span is 19-22, if you had that category you would probably get 80-90% of the real votes

  9. My problem with this is that the USA has got 3 races, why? Since when are the USA an F1 country, they've got indy car and nascar. We all know why the USA has got 3 races… Money. No country should have more than 1 race. End of.

  10. The summer break between belgium and dutch GP is beyond stupid. I think its the two closest tracks on the calendar? How does it make sense to let everyone travel back to their homes for 3 weeks and then come back to the dutch gp instead of a couple hours drive for a b2b race?

  11. 24 races is fine, but how about no single person, driver, mechanic, team member can do more than 16 weekends.

That gives room for a 3rd or even 4th race driver per team, allowing more talent, gives mechanics a break, encourages new people into teams. Gives jeopardy in pitstops with new staff…. maybe a rule that no more than 3 or 4 events on the trot before a break to spread that out over the year too.
