A true nuisance what he says…Meditation is the path in which a mind goes in such a state that it doesn't differentiate things to be bad or good or ugly or beautiful…It just says that everything is good in itself and nothing is bad…When a person goes in meditation he just doesn't differentiate things in good or bad…He just address them the way they are…For example luck is luck and he doesn't think luck to be bad or good…He knows that luck is sometimes in his favour and sometimes not so it's the behaviour of a man to make it bad or good…luck just plays it's role as it is meant to be…If he is a meditative person then he would have explained it in such a way that showed a sign of deep intelligence…He just said utter nuisance👍

  4. Don't get trapped in the thoughts, it's like a raging river & they'll carry you away. To be of No-Mind is not to have no thoughts but rather an "unbiased" watcher of them
