  1. He had not gone on several other rides that day bc of the weight limit. He got on this- you see him saying it’s not closing… he stayed on the ride.

The park isn’t at fault he is. He knew he was way too big to be on most of those rides. Had the ride operator booted him he would have been called a racist body shamer I GUARANTEE he would have had his life ruined being recorded “shaming an obese black kid” Ride operators are damned if they do damned if they don’t

  2. I've been to an amusement park I won't name and had the operator tell me "You are strapped in " but I got off because I could feel the looseness of the harness not completely securing my hips…( they are wide) I'm so glad I used my own judgment…I haven't been on anybodys roller coaster since. I send love and light to his mom and loved ones…this is indeed uncaused for and very very sad 😔 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 prayers going way up ❤

  3. He should have been on the ride you can look and see the thing was not fully locked. I just would have lost my job and dealt with complaints, but old boy would still be alive.

  4. been to few big theme parks recently tonssss of employees don't care enough. sorry but it's true. Most didn't even move their eyes when crowds were running in.. missing everything. Most seats are not safe nor is the equipment for the range of riders they do. my kid had a foot gap in between the bar sitting with average parent (only way they could ride) seemed very unsafe for going near vertical

  5. I noticed IMMEDIATELY where the harness was sitting on him. This was NEGLECT, NOT AN ACCIDENT!! Get it right!! Tyre would not have been able to fit through those bars if they were locked as they say. They are covering it up PLUS this procedure was not treated as a CRIME SCENE as it SHOULD HAVE BEEN!! It should have been TAPED OFF and GUARDED BY POLICE, no tampering until those inspectors got there the following day!!! If it were THEIR FAMILY, proper procedure would have been in place!!!! I pray the family and TYRE gets the JUSTICE THEY ALL DESERVE!!!!
This video is a BLESSING and hopefully is used in court for it's VITAL EVIDENCE!!!
    Tyre Sweet Angel,
    Rest In Peace Sweetheart 🙏

  7. We were at six flags last week and my boyfriend was unable to fit on one of the rides due to a leg injury and not able to bend his knee but the operators kept trying to squeeze the bar down for about 5 minutes I finally told him we were getting off. If they were having that much trouble getting it to lock we. Weren't taking a chance.

  8. Man what kind of stupid engineers do we have these days. I'm piping designer. We've had a lot of stupid piping designers. But even I being a piping designer no this instantly looking at this ride. That the supports not right. Incredible

  9. This ride had 2 seats that were improperly adjusted. One of those seats was Tyre's seat. This is not the fault of Tyre, not even the operator… it's the company running this ride opposite of the manufacturer's specifications.

  10. Watching the Video is just horrifying. If it had stopped and he had fallen he might have survived, of course with serious injuries but, no. He was literally tossed down as it braked.

To think someone actually had to endure that its just ddreadful

  11. He looks like he was too tall for the ride his butt is way out so he could close the harness and he was still too tall the park should have known the height limitations or the ride but was too afraid to tell the kid or thought he would be ok. Its really sad though who knows what he could have done with his life
