As we know from history, World War II was (and still is) considered to be one of the most brutal, terrifying and eventful conflicts in human history; it was also a triumphant, honourable and courageous retaliation to an evil empire, led by a tyrannical psychopath. There are so many stories –both heard and unheard – that portray the War in detail as it happened; from the initial invasion of Poland, to the Victory Day celebrations around the globe. Despite knowing the facts, figures and tales from those six long years, there are certain stories that peak one’s interest when discussing the unknown and mysterious events, which happened at the time and subsequently shaped our world forever.
Operation Paperclip, despite its innocent-sounding name, was a top secret project that occurred during the final months of the Second World War as the allied forces of Great Britain, United States and Soviet Union fought back against Hitler’s Nazi regime; finally ending their reign of terror. The organisations united to hunt down and capture as many German scientists, military personnel and technological experts from occupied Germany in order to acquire and extract as much information from them as the Cold War years loomed.

Personally I don't think there is any way to justify Paperclip. Never make a deal with the devil.
Von Braun was IN CHARGE of the middle works… slave labor died by the thousands weekly.. the saturn V should just be called the V5.
They should have been put to work, accomplish Thier objective, and then locked up for life after….
No as an answer?
Death penalty then.
Nazi scum through and through, as a Brit it horrified me when I learned the same rockets that put us on the moon was an direct result of the V2 rockets that hit my country.
' . . & to the victors go the 'snouts-in-the-trough' spoils to so endlessly fight over'. Poor sods.
They and all their families immigrated to the United States…via compliments of the U.S government. 🤷🏼♀️ Then they helped develop nuclear weapons for the U.S. 🙄
What happened to your voice are you a different narrator?
Essentially, the Nazis were transported to the United States and then started NASA and put in intelligence agencies. Pretty sure that we are seeing the repercussions of that decision right now
War-starting Nazi Ukkkraine losing now. Ukkkraine is paying its karmic debts for starting this war. They should have controlled their nazi problem in 2013 during the Euromaidan.. It is their biggest regret. God Bless Russia !! For beating the Nazis again… Love, from San Franciso California.
Wow Dark channels are here too? Nice!
It was worth it 100% Russia was the real enemy after 1945 and still is the enemy today . ( along with china )
I might suggest lowering your background music a bit…it's so loud that I was compelled to re-listen, multiple times to hear your excellent narrative…
This from a half-deaf US Navy veteran…
they took hans kammler
Never forget, its the victors who write history…
I'm not a fan of the new narrator, sorry.
During that time between Soviet Union and the USA were just going after one another during the Cold War
This narrator does a fantastic job in putting you to sleep
Can u make Indian in Spanish pls ❤❤🎉
Bring the old narrator back…
However distasteful this was, I believe it was necessary. They shouldn't have treated the subjects quite so well, though, at least in private.
Sad, but necessary.
