That Finnish case looks so awesome it needs Athlon 64X2, Windows Vista and Ati X1950XTX in it!
Thats Maison Ikkoku not Ranma 1/2! Same author, different series.
My father had those exact same Cambridge Soundworks 4.1 speaker set when I was growing up. the set we had came with little legs for the rear speakers you would set up behind your computer chair. I remember my father and I playing half life 1 with them and getting spooked by headcrabs.
if you left them on all day you would occasionally pick up CB radios from local truckers on them, and they would ALWAYS get that classic buzzing noise right before receiving a text message or phone call.
Thank you for diverting this e-waste! Anything helps, especially with quickly replaced stuff.
Cherrwine – a Carolina Classic!
Lol! I totally thought that space button on the Buddha board was cracked but its just the design…. Smh.
ranma 1/2 was a weird show about a martial artist who would turn into a girl if hit with cold water, and would turn back into a man with hot water. His sensei had a similar affliction but he turned into a Panda instead.
My first experience with those band CDROM "games" was the one produced by Prince. I believe you just had to put the album in your computer.
Working as Sony IT Technician here in Germany around 2010 and remebering these Vaio P´s as not repair friendly and slow as hell. But a nice tiny piece of Hardware 😀
My Dad had that same Sound Blaster Speaker Package! We got that and Unreal around the same time – not sure if it was a pack-in title or not. But super neat seeing that after all these years!
Sir, I really do enjoy your shows, personally I think your awesome!
Man, those mousepads até so cool! I want one so bad right now
I do remember that sound blaster package (last item) and i am from England.
Hey Clint I am trying to find a PCMCIA card based game port for my Toshiba Libretto and 510CDT laptops. If you happen to see one during your thrifts I would definitely buy it thanks.
That display on the neat calculator thing is Vacuum Flourescent Display.
I can totally smell that yellow chipcard book with the CD in plastic in the back
This is such a great video, my first time watching this channel and I have some special stuff in storage which I will send when I find your address.
I have that exact mad dog pci sound card in my older gaming PC with a Nvidia 512 mb 7300 gt agp. I remember buying it at best buy back in the day when they still had pride…. 200 usd.
So, first is 8bitguy with green biker dude's theme on the commanderx16, now it's doppler city
I hope they came down from 50 bucks for an empty box . 😮
Clint you just seem like a decent, good hearted chap. Just wanted to say that.
7:00 What a great idea to facilitate extending the life and usefulness of floppy disk drives / drive A: port on motherboards
Back in the day I always wanted a SoundBlaster ASP for my old SB16 CT1750 mcd, just for bragging rights mostly.
Someone raided the Don Quixote snack section in Japan.
Holy crap, i miss those speakers. Those tiny little shits made real noise when gaming.
That P4 is from the best series in the entire family. You’d never have actually bought that one back in the day of course, you bought the 2.4 and overclocked it to 3.2, but these days it doesn’t really matter.
An hour long LGR vid! .. gonna enjoy this!
Hi Clint. It's not "suckage". It's "suckiness". As in "This baseball mouse sucks but I approve of the suckiness". PS – "Suckage" is what a vacuum cleaner does or what Leisure Suit Larry dreams of.
i found a mad dog geforce mx440 in a goodwill that i purchased for $15, card itself is still sealed, dont see too much "mad dog" stuff tbh
I actually found in my storage a old ibm think pad laptop external floppy disk with cord from my parents old ibm laptop that broke years ago beyond repair. Course now I don't know what to do so with it.
Sure, I'll have a Cheerwine. Unless you got some Sundrop. 😉
I do think i had one of those full height 5.25" hard drives in my first computer, it actually might have been an 85 megabyte drive. 'Twas an IBM PC XT and i do remember the front of the drive looking exactly like that, and next to it was a full height 5.25" floppy drive.
Clint has an ebay for most these items, if you like anything you see here!
4800 yen is like 40 bucks
Make a Plex Media Server, and put it in your living room. 🙂
