Here it is, guys. The first Season 4 Thomas VHS under Family Home Entertainment.
This is a tape I watched a lot as a kid. Basically, the majority of it is . . . well, mostly narrow gauge episodes. And three of its six episodes are kind of sad in tone. “Granpuff”, of course, ends on a sad note which is followed by a sliver lining in “Sleeping Beauty”, the aftermath of Peter Sam’s crash in “Rusty Helps Peter Sam” is quite a bit dower, and then “Rusty to the Rescue” is just super eerie. And on top of that, some of the soundtrack and sound effects in all six episodes are missing in this tape, the reason for that being that it is the early variation of Season 4, which was quite early under construction since 1994. Weird tape, ain’t it? But I loved it. And I still do.
I think for the FHE version all the soundtrack is heard, just like on all the episodes of Season 4 in the UK. But aside from that, credits for the front cover go to . . . You guessed it! Will C. Wilson. Thanks again, man.
