I would yell out the obvious, "He has a gun!" Just to see what happens. It's a lawful carry and I agree with it, so there should be no problem yelling that out. It not my fault if people misinterpret the reason I yell that out.

Absolutely shocking, if the radio traffic indicates they who is and what he is doing then the only point of stopping him was for the police to try and enforce some kind of delusional authority over him. If they had done nothing he would have just carried on about his business and passed through pretty quickly. But by detaining him all they created was a public spectacle that will end up costing the tax payers. Reform is desperately needed in the form of ending qualified immunity or the introduction of police officers requiring insurance to cover there f**k ups like most other professions

If US law gives a permission to open carry, then obviously you can open carry. It's not citizen's fault that the gun laws are so crazy in USA. For example in Japan, you cant even use a bb gun without a firearms license, better alone to carry them in public. Crazy laws makes crazy interactions with the law enforcements.
